I. Death penalty must not exist in the society of today. This penalty don't generate that the number of crimes decrease, and no one should be allowed in decided if you live or die.

A. You don't know if it is innocent if you don't provide it

B. Execute an innocent is a crime also.

IV. Is not providen that crimes decrease.

A. People can feel fear

B. Crimes are going to be commited 

V. Conclusion: Death Penalty should not be allowed in any country, not only because it is very expensive, also because crimes don't decrease and you put innocent's life in danger.
